These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ProductBridge, including our website, application, and related services. By creating an account, accessing ProductBridge, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use ProductBridge on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to that organization.

1. The Service

ProductBridge helps SaaS teams collect, organize, analyze, and act on customer feedback, product requests, and related workspace content. We may improve or modify parts of the Service from time to time. If a change materially affects core paid functionality during an active subscription term, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and, where practical, a fair transition path.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or workspace.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of feedback, messages, product requests, files, and other content you submit to ProductBridge (“Customer Data”). You grant ProductBridge a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Data to ProductBridge, including any personal data contained in customer feedback or connected through integrations.

4. Data Protection and European Customers

Where Customer Data includes personal data protected by the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar privacy laws, ProductBridge will process that personal data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and our posted privacy and GDPR policies. Depending on how the Service is used, ProductBridge may act as a processor for workspace content and as a controller for account, billing, support, and website data.

ProductBridge stores production servers and customer data in France-based data centers and uses enterprise-grade infrastructure providers to operate and secure the Service. For business customers processing personal data through ProductBridge, we will make a data processing agreement available upon request where required by applicable data protection law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse ProductBridge or help anyone else do so. You must not:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
Attempt to access, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
Upload malware, spam, or content that violates the rights or privacy of others.
Use automated systems to overload the Service or bypass usage limits.

6. Integrations and Third-Party Services

ProductBridge may connect with third-party tools or services at your direction. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will use reasonable care when enabling integrations within ProductBridge.

7. Fees, Subscriptions, and Trials

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or in the applicable order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials, beta access, or pilot programs may be limited in scope or duration. We may modify or end them with reasonable notice, unless urgent security, legal, or operational reasons require immediate action.

Taxes, bank fees, and payment processing charges may apply. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, stated in an order form, or approved by ProductBridge in good faith for billing errors or exceptional circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

ProductBridge, including its software, design, workflows, documentation, and brand elements, is owned by ProductBridge or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service. You may use ProductBridge only as permitted by these Terms and your subscription.

9. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about ProductBridge itself, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This section applies only to feedback about ProductBridge, and does not affect your ownership of Customer Data or customer feedback stored in your workspace.

10. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public business, technical, or product information from the other. The receiving party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for purposes related to the Service, unless disclosure is required by law.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ProductBridge at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension or termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ProductBridge for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, or to fraud, wilful misconduct, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an updated version on this page or contacting account administrators. Continued use of ProductBridge after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
